Preventing hydrolysis of AlN powders with organophosphate coating in aqueous media

چکیده

The coating of aluminum nitride (AlN) powder has a great importance industrially and environmentally. AlN can be rapidly hydrolyzed to hydroxide ammonia in the atmosphere or water media. To prevent hydrolysis AlN, inorganic organic based coatings are used frequently. First time, this study, phosphate esters as organophosphate were for inhibition reaction its suspension. Phenyl showed best against with an easy application technique low 0.005 M diluted concentration. efficiency was proved by spectroscopic imaging methods. It concluded that acquired protective properties phenyl through repellence.
